How to White Label Apaya: Setup Guide for Agencies

How Do You White Label Apaya?

White labeling Apaya takes one settings page and about fifteen minutes: open Account, then White Label, and set your platform name, upload light and dark logos and a favicon, choose your primary and button text colors, and add your support name, email, and URL. From that point, the interface, the sign-in page, and every workspace invitation carry your agency’s brand. Client-side branding is separate and per client: each brand framework holds that client’s seven colors and heading and body fonts, applied to their generated content.

This guide walks the whole setup in order, including the testing pass most agencies skip and the precise list of what’s rebrandable today.

Before You Start: What You Need

  • A Supernova plan. White label is a Supernova feature; current pricing is on the pricing page.
  • Your logo in light and dark versions. The platform renders in both themes, so a logo that reads on white and one that reads on dark. If you only have one, Apaya’s brand tools can generate variants, but purpose-made files look best on your own platform.
  • A square favicon file. This is what shows in the browser tab next to your platform name; it’s the smallest asset and the one people forget.
  • Your primary brand color, either picked from the presets or entered as an exact hex value. Button text color is optional homework: the platform can choose it automatically for readability.
  • A support email your team monitors, because help requests will route to it.

Step 1: Open Account, Then White Label

The white label settings live under Account, then White Label. Enable it, and work top to bottom:

  1. Platform name. This replaces Apaya’s name across the interface and in the browser tab. Use the name your clients should say when they talk about “the platform we use.”
  2. Light and dark logos. Upload both; the platform picks the right one per theme automatically.
  3. Favicon. Your icon in the tab, next to your platform name.
  4. Primary color and button text color. Pick a preset or enter your exact hex. The button text color can be chosen automatically for readability, and if you set your own, a live readability check tells you whether it holds up. Your color then runs through buttons, tabs, links, selections, focus states, the schedule, campaign controls, and the editors, with a restrained tint on the active sidebar item so the interface stays clean rather than drenched.
  5. Support name, email, and URL. Help touchpoints route to your team instead of ours, which is what keeps you the point of contact in your client relationships.

You don’t have to commit blind: live light and dark previews show your logos, favicon, navigation, and primary buttons before anything is enabled. Save the identity as a draft while you polish it, then turn it on with the single Active switch. From that point the branding applies across the interface, the sign-in experience, and invitations.

Step 2: Set Each Client’s Brand Framework

Platform branding is yours; content branding is per client, and it lives in each brand’s framework under Brand Framework, then Colors & Palette. For every client brand:

  • Seven brand colors, learned from their website during the crawl and editable anytime.
  • Heading and body fonts, set separately, and applied across their generated posts, carousels, and templates. If a client runs on Poppins, every design the AI produces for them uses Poppins.

This split is the point of the whole system: your agency’s brand on the software, each client’s brand on their content. The white label platform page shows the full picture of which surface carries which identity.

Step 3: Test It Like a Client Would

Ten minutes of testing saves the awkward moment where a client finds the seam. Run this pass:

  1. Send yourself an invitation to a workspace from a personal email address, and open it in a private window. The invitation page, the sign-up flow, and the sign-in that follows should carry your logo, platform name, favicon, and button colors the whole way through, which is exactly the journey your clients will take.
  2. Check the browser tab. Your favicon and platform name.
  3. Click through the interface in both light and dark themes. Both logos should render correctly and the button colors should hold contrast. The live preview shows both themes before activation, so surprises here mean a stale logo file, not a guess gone wrong.
  4. Find the support links and confirm they point at your contact details.
  5. Generate a test post for a client brand and confirm it uses that client’s fonts and colors, not yours.

If anything looks off, it’s one settings field away from fixed, which is the advantage of white label being a configuration rather than a service ticket.

What’s Rebrandable Today, Stated Precisely

Because vague white-label promises are an industry disease, the exact list: platform name, light and dark logos, favicon, primary color, button text color, support name, email, and URL, the sign-in page, and workspace invitations, plus per-client fonts and colors on all generated content. Custom domain mapping is in development; until it ships, the platform runs on Apaya’s domain with your branding on it. When you’re evaluating any white label software, ours included, ask for exactly this kind of list, a point we make at length in the white label guide.

After Setup: Putting It to Work

With the platform branded, the operating model is the reseller program shape: add a brand per client at the flat per-brand rate, let the AI produce each client’s content, review through your approval workflows, and invoice your retainers. Most agencies onboard their first three to five client brands in the same week they configure white label, because the setup per client is a website URL and a review pass.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to white label Apaya?

About fifteen minutes for the platform branding if your logo files and colors are ready, plus a ten-minute test pass. Per-client brand frameworks build automatically from each client’s website and take minutes to review.

Can I change the branding later?

Yes, any of it, from the same settings page, with live light and dark previews before you apply. You can also disable white label while keeping your saved settings, and restore them later with the same Active switch; there’s no re-setup.

Do my clients need to know it’s Apaya underneath?

That’s your call, and the interface won’t force the conversation: the surfaces your clients use carry your brand. Most agencies treat the platform the way they treat any internal tooling.

Is white label available on every plan?

No, it’s part of the Supernova plan. Details and current rates are on the pricing page.

We grew 3 clients' pipelines by 40% last quarter with one strategy: showing up every single day. Most agencies post once a week and wonder why leads dry up. Consistent visibility builds trust. Trust builds pipeline.
