What Shipped in 2026 So Far

We have pushed more than 4,000 code changes to Apaya since January and told almost nobody. That changes with this post: the first of a monthly changelog series. Since it’s the first one, it covers the whole year so far, which means it’s long. Future editions will be one month at a time.

If you’re new here: Apaya is an AI social media agent that learns your brand from your website, then creates, schedules, and publishes your posts with your approval. Everything below is live in the product today. Now, the updates.

White Label Is Live

The headline of the month. Agencies on the Supernova plan can now rebrand the platform under Account, then White Label: your platform name, light and dark logos, favicon, primary color, button text color, and your own support name, email, and URL. Your branding appears across the interface, on workspace invitations, and on the sign-in page, so from the first invite email your clients see your platform, not ours. Custom domain mapping is in development.

Paired with the brand framework work below (each client’s fonts and colors on every generated post), this is the full reseller setup: your brand on the software, each client’s brand on their content, and the AI doing the production. The white label guide has the complete feature list, and the new reseller program page has the margin math.

Your Reviews Become Posts

The one I’m most excited about. Apaya now captures the customer reviews displayed on your website during the brand crawl, recognizes which platform each came from (Google, Yelp, HomeAdvisor, Facebook, and others), and turns them into branded testimonial posts: pick reviews from a grid, preview real templates filled with your real reviews, and schedule the batch spread across your calendar. There’s an import flow for reviews that aren’t on your site yet.

Full mechanics, including exactly what it does and doesn’t pull, in how to turn customer reviews into social media posts.

A Full Video System

This one grew all year and deserves its own section:

  • Upload a video, get a post. Drop in a video and Apaya writes the caption, generates a transcript, and formats it for publishing. No editing app required.
  • Automatic subtitles, four styles. Subtitle burn-in with classic, pop, boxed, and minimal styles, including the active-word karaoke effect you see everywhere on TikTok, timed word by word from the transcript.
  • A real video editor. Multi-scene timelines with transitions and fades, Ken Burns motion for still photos, text overlays, trim controls, and global audio tracks.
  • AI-generated video posts. Campaigns can produce video posts alongside images, carousels, and text, with AI-written titles and captions.
  • A video library that keeps everything you’ve uploaded or generated, with transcription available across the folder.
  • Publishing everywhere: Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn, formatted per platform.

New Platforms: TikTok, Pinterest, Google Business Profile

  • TikTok: full integration with video and photo posting, per-post privacy and compliance settings, fast publish-now, and analytics.
  • Pinterest: organic publishing with a board setup flow.
  • Google Business Profile: direct publishing with location settings. For local businesses this is quietly one of the highest-leverage channels, because GBP posts appear in Maps and your business panel right when someone searches for what you do. See the Google Business Profile page.
  • LinkedIn document carousels: the PDF-style swipe posts that perform on LinkedIn, generated and published directly.
  • Facebook link carousels: carousel slides published as slider-style link posts.
  • Plus per-post platform selection, so any post can target any subset of your connected accounts.

Campaigns Got a Brain Upgrade

  • Your website is now the default content source. Campaigns read your pages, extract the topics worth talking about, and ground posts in what you wrote. The blank-page question gets answered by the website you already built. More in turn your website into social media posts.
  • Semantic image matching. Posts now choose photos that fit their subject using vector search across your image library, instead of grabbing whatever was uploaded first.
  • Agent Mode. The campaign engine runs as a staged agent pipeline with per-step quality checks and self-repair, the same philosophy as the post creation pipeline.
  • Format distribution controls. Set the mix of single images, text posts, carousels, and videos per campaign.
  • Evergreen campaigns keep generating fresh content continuously, stay filled two weeks ahead, and draft the next campaign from performance data when one ends.
  • Unlimited campaigns, weekday selection, per-day post counts, and timezone editing that automatically reschedules your drafts when you move.

Post Creation, Faster and More Flexible

  • Image-first creation. Start from your own photos and Apaya designs posts around them, including a two-image flow and template choice per photo. New accounts get this during onboarding, along with a logo simulator that shows your brand on real designs before your first post exists.
  • Regenerate anything. Caption, image, hashtags, or the whole post with a different template, individually or in bulk, with feedback the AI learns from.
  • Media-aware template picking. The template list adapts to the photos you selected, and there’s a quick picker for carousels.
  • More sources: upload photos, pull from your library, paste a photo URL, paste existing content, or write it yourself in a full manual mode with an optional AI writing assist.
  • Copy any post, save drafts at any stage, and send finished posts straight to a campaign.

Design and Templates

  • Over 100 new post templates across image, text, and five-slide carousel formats, including a premium editorial series, with new designs landing continuously.
  • A dedicated Colors and Palette page: a seven-slot editable brand palette with live template previews, and accent and surface colors derived automatically from your primary.
  • Brand fonts everywhere. Canvas-rendered posts now match your brand typography with full parity, and we shipped our own font families for brands without one.
  • AI logo variants. Upload one logo and Apaya generates the dark version, the light version, and an extracted icon, then uses the right one per design automatically.
  • A redesigned post editor with layers, properties, opacity, typography and background controls, inline image editing, cropping, and image replacement.

Approvals, Teams, and Control

  • Workflow Settings page with global and per-brand approval toggles, role-based workflow templates, notifications, and pending-approval counts.
  • Role-based brand access controlling who can create, review, and publish per brand.
  • Activity logs across the whole product, so owners can see what happened, when, and by whom.
  • Nothing publishes without approval until you deliberately turn on autopilot, per campaign. That default did not change and will not.

Analytics and Insight

  • Redesigned analytics with cross-platform insight charts and faster loading.
  • TikTok analytics and Reels analytics joined the reporting set.
  • Social Scanner improvements, including US state-level filtering, so lead discovery surfaces conversations from where your customers are.

Quality of Life

  • A full in-app help center with searchable articles, plus a built-in support desk with screenshot capture
  • Light, dark, and system theme modes
  • A comprehensive mobile and tablet responsive pass across the app
  • Scheduling confirmations, clearer create-post settings, and dozens of small flows made shorter
  • Website Health scans for paid plans, with exportable reports, as a bonus alongside the social tools

That’s the Catch-Up

That is six months of shipping, compressed hard; the commit log runs 4,000 entries deeper than this post. From August the changelog goes monthly and stays current. If you want the posts these updates produce instead of the changelog about them:

We grew 3 clients' pipelines by 40% last quarter with one strategy: showing up every single day. Most agencies post once a week and wonder why leads dry up. Consistent visibility builds trust. Trust builds pipeline.
