The Social Scanner acts as a social listening tool, monitoring conversations on platforms like Reddit and X (formerly Twitter) that are relevant to your business keywords. It surfaces these conversations so you can quickly engage with potential customers or join industry discussions.
Today’s Activity Feed
The main dashboard displays all leads found, along with quick statistics on your activity.

1. Activity Metrics
The Today’s Activity panel tracks:
- Leads Found: Total posts matching your keywords.
- Leads Processed: Posts that have been marked as Replied, Saved, or Discarded.
- Leads Replied: Posts your team has actively engaged with.
2. Filters
You can refine the stream of leads using the following filters:
- Temperatures: Allows you to prioritize leads flagged by the AI as highly relevant or urgent (e.g., HOT leads expressing frustration or seeking recommendations).
- Keywords/Platforms: Filter the stream to focus on specific keywords or source platforms.
3. Engaging with Leads
Each post card represents a potential engagement opportunity. You can take immediate action directly from the interface:
- View on X/Reddit: Click to navigate directly to the post and join the conversation or reply.
- Mark as Replied: Ticks the item and updates your activity metrics.
- Save/Discard: Helps you manage the flow of leads by saving important ones for later follow-up or discarding irrelevant noise.
Configuring the Scanner
Before using the scanner, you must define the keywords you want to track by clicking the Settings button.
- Your Keywords: Enter specific phrases that people might use when discussing your products, services, or related problems. Use the Generate with AI option to suggest high-value keywords based on your Brand Framework.
- Search Region: Define the geographic scope of your search (e.g., Worldwide).
