The Analytics section is your central hub for monitoring the performance of your social media campaigns and posts. Data is aggregated from all platforms to provide a clear view of your results.
The Main Analytics Dashboard
This page provides an aggregated overview of performance across all your campaigns and can be filtered by specific time ranges (7, 30, 90 days, and 12 months).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The dashboard summarizes performance across five key boxes and graphs:
- Total Reach: The total number of unique accounts that have seen your content.
- Total Engagement: The total number of actions taken on your posts (likes, comments, shares, etc.).
- Total Clicks: The total number of clicks on your profile, links, or posts.
- Engagement Over Time: A graph showing engagement totals across the selected date range.
- Performance Metrics Comparison: A graph comparing Reach, Engagement, and Clicks over time.
Campaign Performance Overview
At the bottom of the main dashboard, the Campaign Performance table provides a detailed summary of every campaign you have launched.
This table allows you to quickly compare the performance (Reach, Engagement, Clicks, and Click-Through-Rate/CTR) of different campaign strategies and see which platforms were included.
Detailed Campaign Analytics
The campaign-specific page offers a deeper level of insight, allowing you to filter results by date and view post-by-post performance.

Campaign Posts
The Campaign Posts table is the most granular view. It lists every post created within the campaign and breaks down the performance metrics (Reach, Engagement Rate, Clicks, Likes, etc.) by individual social media platform.
This allows you to see exactly how content is performing on Instagram versus Facebook, and which posts are driving the best results.
