The Schedule is your central hub for viewing and managing all upcoming social media content. It provides a comprehensive look at what is being posted, where, and when.
You can navigate the schedule using three different views located at the top of the screen:
Timeline View
This provides a chronological list of your upcoming posts. It is ideal for quickly scanning your content stream in a linear format. You can filter this view by Campaign or by specific Social Platforms (e.g., filter to see only Facebook posts).
Calendar View
These views offer a visual layout of your content density.
- Calendar: Displays a full monthly overview.
- Week: Displays a 7-day column view.
Drag and Drop Rescheduling: In both the Calendar and Week views, you can easily reschedule content. Simply click and hold a post card, then drag and drop it onto a different day to instantly update the publish date.

Editing Scheduled Posts
You have full control to modify posts even after they have been scheduled.
Click on any post card in any view (Timeline, Calendar, or Week) to open the Edit Post window. From here, you can:
- Rewrite the Caption.
- Change the Scheduled Date & Time.
- View a Live Preview of how the post will look on the social network.
Advanced Design Editing
If you need to tweak the actual image layout (e.g., move the headline, change a font, or adjust colors), you can access the design editor.
- Inside the Edit Post window, click directly on the Visual Content thumbnail or the preview image.
- This opens the Design Editor.
- Here you can select individual elements (text boxes, shapes, logos) to move, resize, or style them to your preference.
- Click Save Changes to update the post.
