- Include specific keywords or hashtags (e.g., “social media”, “#GrowthHack”).
- Adopt a specific tone (e.g., “Professional,” “Witty,” “Urgent”).
- Mention specific product names or offers.
- Choose Template Mode – Decide how visual templates are selected:
- Let Apaya Choose: The AI cycles through all available templates to ensure visual variety.
- Manual Selection: You manually select specific templates on the next screen (best for strict brand control).
- Choose Accounts – Select which connected social media accounts will publish this campaign.
- Schedule Posts – Set your Start and End dates.
- Note: Campaigns have a maximum duration of 14 days (2 weeks).
- Set a maximum of four posts per day.
- Choose specific posting times or let Apaya AI optimize the schedule for you.
Click Next when finished.
Choose Your Templates

This step appears only if you chose Manual Template Selection previously.
Click on the templates you wish to include. Selected templates are highlighted.
Tip: We recommend selecting a variety of layouts. If you only choose one template, every post in the campaign will look identical.
Click Next to proceed.
Generating Text
Apaya’s AI is now writing your headlines, captions, subheadlines, and occasionally cta’s. This usually takes a few seconds. For larger campaigns, it may take slightly longer.

Review Text Content

Review the text before the images are generated. This saves time by ensuring the copy is perfect before design application.
-
Edit: Click to manually tweak headlines or captions.
-
Regenerate: If the output isn’t right, click Regenerate and provide feedback in the textbox to guide the AI toward a better version.
Click Next once you are satisfied with the text.
Generating Images
Apaya is now merging your approved text with the selected design templates. The system will automatically advance to the next step when processing is complete.

Review Full Posts
You will now see the fully rendered posts, including the final image, caption, and scheduled publish time.
Available Actions:
- Approve All & Schedule – The most efficient option. This locks in the campaign and queues all posts for automatic publishing.
- Approve Individual Posts – Review and approve posts one by one.
- Publish Now – Skip the schedule and push the post to your social networks immediately.
- Download – Save the image file to your device.
- Delete/Edit – Remove a post entirely or make final tweaks.

Campaign Activated
Once you click Approve All & Schedule, your posts are added to the Schedule. They will automatically publish to your selected accounts at the designated times.
