Welcome to your Apaya Home page! This is your central hub for managing all your social media activity. This is the first page you see when you login or when you switch active brands.

This dashboard provides everything you need to monitor your social media presence, ensure posts are going out as planned, and quickly resolve any issues – all without having to navigate multiple screens.

Performance Metrics

At the top, you’ll see your key stats at a glance – how many people saw your posts (Impressions), engaged with them (Engagements), clicked through (Clicks), and your total Reach. You can toggle between different time periods using the buttons (Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, or Last Year) to see how you’re doing.

Active Campaigns

This shows all your running campaigns. Each campaign card tells you:

  • The campaign name and current status
  • When it runs and how many posts it contains
  • Which social platforms it’s posting to (shown by the social media icons)
  • Whether it’s scheduled for the future or actively posting now (green “Active” badge)

“View all” to see more campaigns

Scheduled Posts

Here you can preview your upcoming posts before they go live. You’ll see:

  • The post content and when it’s scheduled
  • Which campaign it belongs to
  • Where it will be posted (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • A preview of any images or graphics

Fix Now Alerts

The ‘Fix Now’ section on your dashboard alerts you to important issues that require your attention.

If any of your social accounts become disconnected (which can happen occasionally when platforms update their security), you’ll see an alert here. Click “Fix Now” to quickly reconnect and continue posting without interruption.
