
To publish posts to your social media accounts, you must first connect your accounts.
- Navigate to Connections in the left sidebar
- Connect your social media accounts to enable publishing
- Verify each account shows as “Connected” with the correct username
You can connect:
- X (Twitter)
- LinkedIn (Personal and Business)
- Facebook Pages
Reconnect
If a social media account show a “Reconnect” button, somehow the connection has been lost. This sometimes happens due to limitations from the provider. Simply click Reconnect and go through the connection process.
If you are having trouble connecting or reconnecting your accounts
Clear your browser history and cache. Then try to connect or reconnect again. If this doesn’t work, clear history and cache, close and restart your browser and try to connect or reconnect again. If all this fails, contact us for help.
