What it is
Apaya Managed is a done-for-you social media service delivered inside your Apaya account.
We create your content, design the visuals, write the captions, schedule the posts, and publish them to your connected social accounts. You keep your Apaya account, your assets, your templates, and your content library.
If you do not already have an Apaya account, we will create and set one up for you as part of onboarding.
Most clients choose this service because they know social media matters, but they do not want to spend their time managing it themselves. We understand that. That is one of the reasons we built Apaya in the first place.

Every month, per brand, you get:

- A consistent posting cadence, typically one post per day
- A mix of image posts, carousel posts, and short-form videos
- Content created using AI-generated creative, your uploaded assets, or a combination of both
- Scheduling and publishing to your connected Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X accounts
- A monthly performance summary by email
Content formats included
Your monthly content can include:
- AI-generated photo posts
- AI-generated carousel posts
- AI-generated short-form videos
- Posts created from your uploaded photos
- Posts created from your uploaded videos
- Instagram Stories, when appropriate
- LinkedIn document-style carousel posts, when appropriate
Short-form videos may publish as reels or video posts depending on the platform.
Not every post format works the same way on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X. We use the format that best fits the connected account and the content.

Direct publishing is included for:
- X
Direct publishing is not included for TikTok at this time.
If you want TikTok coverage, we can prepare the video file and caption for manual posting.
How we build your content
We start with your website.
One of the first things we need from you is your website URL. We review the content, messaging, services, offers, visuals, and positioning on your site, and we use that information to create your brand profile inside Apaya.
That brand profile becomes the foundation for your ongoing content. It helps us understand how to talk about your business, what to promote, what your brand looks like, and how your content should feel.
Once we create the profile, we will ask you to review it inside your account to make sure it is accurate. If anything needs to be corrected, clarified, added, or updated, we will revise it based on your feedback.
From that point on, the content we create for your brand is built from that profile.
If you do not have a website, that is okay. We can still work with you, but we will need other information and materials to build your brand profile.
If you need a website, we can build and host one for you as a separate service.
What we need to know about your goals
We also need to understand what you want social media to do for your business.
Most clients come to us because they know they should be doing social media, but they do not want to manage it themselves. That is exactly what this service is built for. At the same time, it helps us to understand how you think about social media and what you want it to accomplish.
For example, you may want social media to help you:

- Build awareness in your market

- Promote specific services, products, or offers
- Build trust with potential customers
- Support sales conversations and lead generation
- Stay visible with existing customers and followers
We also want to understand your expectations. That helps us shape the content mix, messaging, and overall direction in a way that fits what you want out of the service.
You do not need to provide a formal strategy document. A simple explanation is enough.
What we need from you
To get started, we need:
- Your website URL
- Access to the social accounts you want us to manage
- A short explanation of what you want social media to do for your business
- Any important information that is not on your website, but that you want us to know and promote
Helpful, but not required:
- Logo files
- Brand colors
- Brand guidelines
- Product or service photos
- Team photos
- Brand photos
- Short video clips
- Testimonials, reviews, credentials, awards, or other trust signals
- Promotions, launches, seasonal offers, or announcements
We can often pull a lot of this information from your website when we build your brand profile. In many cases, we can also pull visual assets directly from your site.
That said, many businesses have websites that are outdated, incomplete, or missing newer offers, services, proof points, or visuals. If there is anything not on your website, or anything on your website that is no longer accurate, please send us the updated information.
You can send that information in whatever format is easiest for you, including:
- A Word document
- A PDF
- A text document
- Notes through the help desk inside your Apaya account
Using your existing assets
If you have brand assets, please provide them.
Inside your Apaya account, you can upload photos, videos, logos, and other brand assets into the Assets area and organize them into folders. The more brand assets you provide, the more we can use them in your content.
If you do not have many assets yet, that is okay. Apaya can create strong AI-generated visuals and images to support your content.
In general, the more assets you give us, the more brand-specific the content can become. If you do not have a large asset library, we can still do the work.
Getting started
During onboarding, we:
- Create your Apaya account if you do not already have one
- Connect the social accounts you want us to manage
- Review your website and any additional materials you provide
- Build your brand profile inside Apaya
- Have you review that profile and give feedback
- Update the profile as needed
- Build your first month of content
- Queue your first posts for review or publishing
Review and publishing
You can choose one of two ways to work with us:
- Review mode: we queue posts in your Apaya account for review before they are published
- Done-for-you mode: we manage the schedule and publish the content for you
In either case, the work is handled inside your Apaya account, so you always have visibility into what is being created for your brand.
Communication
For both plans, our preferred communication channel is the private help desk inside your Apaya account.
We prefer this because it keeps communication organized, easy to track, and private between your team and Apaya. It also makes it easy for both sides to communicate asynchronously whenever edits, questions, updates, or new requests come up.
For clients on Managed + Strategy, the monthly strategy call is in addition to help desk communication.
Typical monthly mix
A typical month includes:
- 4 to 8 short-form videos
- The remainder as a mix of single-image posts and carousel posts
The exact mix depends on your business, your goals, your industry, your offers, and the assets available.
Promotions and seasonal campaigns
One promo push per month is included.
If you have a sale, launch, event, seasonal campaign, or other promotion, send us the details and we will work it into the content calendar.

Important expectations
We do not guarantee follower growth, engagement increases, leads, or specific social media results.
Social media performance depends on many factors, including your market, your offer, your audience, your starting point, your consistency over time, and how each platform behaves.
What we do provide is a consistent, professionally managed content engine inside your Apaya account.
